Roger K. Lake
Associate Professor Ph.D. (Electrical Engineering), Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, 1992 Senior Physics Engineer, Applied Research Lab, Raytheon Systems, 1997-2000 Member Technical Staff, Central Research Lab, Texas Instruments, 1993-1997 Research: Theory of electron transport through nanostructured, disordered and amorphous materials; modeling semiconductor devices from the atomistic, to the device, thorugh the circuit level; theoretical and computational electronics and opto-electronics; ultra-scaled devices and device physics; high frequency and transient quantum device simulation; and novel materials, devices and architectures.
