Research: Theory of electron transport through nanostructured, disordered and amorphous materials; modeling semiconductor devices from the atomistic, to the device, thorugh the circuit level; theoretical and computational electronics and opto-electronics; ultra-scaled devices and device physics; high frequency and transient quantum device simulation; and novel materials, devices and architectures. Dr. Lake is a Member of the American Physics Society and the IEEE. His awards include a Semiconductor Research Corporation Fellowship, 1988-92.
